Please do not link to this site your *tutorial* on how to install and set up PHP for Windows 98, as
your tutorial has the user messing with his or her registry. That simply isn't necessary,
getting PHP to work with a server on Windows 98 isn't rocket science, and users don't need
to be fooled into thinking that it is.
