ISSUE: Not loading php_domxml.dll
System: WINDOWS XP / 2000 pro
PHP version: 4.3.1
For all those people who have tried installing the libxml2.dll and are still receiving the message
about could not load the module:
Extract the iconv.dll from the w32 zip, and put it in your windows\system32 (winnt\system32 on 2k)
it should now load in - no probs
enjoy
