note 29826 added to install.windows

Just tried installing PHP On Windows 2000 with Apache 1.3.xx. Had error message: [error] Cannot remove module mod_php4.c: not found in module list For anyone else having this problem it was the ordering of the LoadModule in httpd.conf, it need to be at the bottom. Hope this post makes that a bit easier to find out.
