From Shane : this set locals has evaded me before But I did remember reading somewhere that, 1. If
you open the php file that is giving you the problem, then find the line : setlocale
("LC_TIME", "$locale");. Now change it to look like this : @setlocale
("LC_TIME", "$locale"); then save it. Eveything worked. This has only happened
on RedHat7+, FeeBSD, and Debian (woody distro). Adding that symbol has fixed it everytime.
