note 29935 added to function.get-browser

I just encountered a problem with Gary Keith's browscap.ini file dated February 23, 2003, on WindowsME (I know, I know)/Apache/PHP 4.2.3 setup. Apache was giving me an "Error parsing browscap.ini" error on the line reading: browser=Opera (Bork Edition) After some experimentation, I found that removing the parenthesis got rid of the problem.
