note 30009 added to function.mysql-result

WHat do I do if i want to get cell information and i don't care wat row number it is and i don't know? I have another cell with info - in this case a start time - and i would like to just get the info out of one cell that has the correct start time in that row. Is there anyway i can do that or do i need to find out the row number some how??
