New in 3.0.12: strtotime(). Takes 2 arguments,
first is a string representing a relatively freeform
time/date stamp (including relative time, like
"next tuesday 12:34" or "now + 1 year"). The
second (optional) argument is the value to be
used in relative time strings for "now" (as a unix
timestamp). Returns a unix timestamp or -1 if
input is not parseable.
