note 30214 added to function.imagecopyresampled

Ok. So what I want to do is to take an image I've uploaded, and crop out a 100px by 100px section of this into a thumbnail. Then take the thumbnail (and the original) and dump it into a SQL DB. Basically, all I need is the code to do the thumbnailing, because I have the code for everything else.
