note 30219 added to function.ftp-put

Hi, the error i get says: "Failed opening 'C:\Upload.bmp' upload.php in line xxx" The Enctype of the Form is set. If tried to play with the Passive mode, but nothing changes. The Post Data of the Form is Empty so I tried to use Get-Method. The best is, offline on my pc, it works fine, but not on the Inet Server. grrrr! I am going be crazy.
