Hey, saw this page in my referrer logs. My http://www.slamb.org/php-apache2-safemode.patch
is now obsolete. ilaa's revision 1.85 to sapi/apache2filter/sapi_apache2.c implements the
necessary function. I've added a note to that effect at the top of the file.
