note 8367 added to register_shutdown_function

We are using PHP 4.0.2. At least under this version a previously registered shutdown-function() will definitely be executed even when you did exit(). It is even possible to register multiple shutdown-functions, in this case the function that was registered first will be called first when exiting... Please extend the manual and adjust to the previous - at least for PHP 4.0.2 invalid - user contributed notes. http://www.php.net/manual/function.register-shutdown-function.php
