I did all the above steps and still it didn't work. AFter starting a php file with some
java-functions in it I would still get:
Fatal error: Unable to load Java Library /usr/local/java/jre/lib/i386/libjava.so, error:
libverify.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in
/web/htdocs/htdocs/java.php on line 5
But....
if I would open a console and export the path again like:
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/java/jre/lib/i386
and start apache from the console like:
/usr/local/apache/1.3.27/bin/apachectl start
it works!!!!
SOmeone any ideas what went wrong??
