(not sure if this is a good place for this note - but)
This does work for arg_seperator, BUT i've noticed that sid does not obey this change. So if
you change your arg seperator to "+", you'll still get
blah.php?some=stuff&PHPSESSID=eeljkfnerklfn
this is true for PHP Version 4.0.3 anyway
