I can't find this documented anywhere else, so I'm adding it here. The $_FILES array
includes the value 'error' which can contain one of 5 values (other than 0). These are
defined as follows:
1 Uploaded file exceeded upload_max_filesize
2 Uploaded file exceeded MAX_FILE_SIZE
3 Only partiallly uploaded
4 No file uploaded
5 Uploaded file size 0 bytes
