note 30793 added to function.session-write-close

Had the above problem in two spots. figured out one that was running as .cgi (the above solution worked) but continued to encounter the problem with a page called events.php. I was running it as /events?somevar=123 (Seems you can do this on Windows version of apache) I cannot use the above solution to the second scenario.
