To refresh the page every day @8:00 A.M.:
$remaining = mktime(8,0,0,date('n'),date('j')+1,date('Y')) - time();
header("Refresh: $remaining;URL=http://www.example.com");
Useful if the page is displayed 24/7, e.g. in public where noone hits "Reload".
