Hello everybody,
I create a xml file like this :
$doc=domxml_new_doc("1.0");
...with nodes...
$doc->dump_file("./myfile.xml", false, true);
But dump_file say : "not utf-8 input".
So i use utf8_encode to solve the problem, but for some special cars it doesn't work. So I just
want to know if it is possible to create a "non-UTF-8" xml doc, then dump_fil won't
ask me to do the conversion.
