If you run into problems linking php, because of an unresolved symbol
'PDF_open_memory_image' then you probably use php 3.0.12 and pdflib 2.01. This combination
has this known bug. To solve it either grab the whole CVS or just the file pdf.c and replace the one
in 3.0.12.
