About headers using FDF/PDF:
I had a lot of headache by generating the FDF myself and using content-type to push a PDF to the
user. It seems to have connection with my use of sesison vars; if my script contained
"session_start()" before the line
# header("Content-type: application/vnd.fdf");
IE would not display the PDF.
My resolution was to put the content-type header first, and then use session_start() to get the
variables to feed data to a PDF/FDF.
(I am pretty new to PHP, and if this is obvious for all of you, it would please me if you let me
know by email).
