They seem to have missed out the $HTTP_COOKIE variable. This just lists the cookies and their values
available to the page. It is especially useful when checking which variables are available to the
page.
For example if you had two cookies by the names of "foo" and "bar", with the
values of "foo123" and "bar321" respectively, $HTTP_COOKIE would hold the value
of (or return - I haven't experimented much, and I'm also a newcomer to PHP)
"foo=foo123; bar=bar321".
