i am trying to get lowercase field names from our interbase (v6.5) server and cannot do so. they all
come back uppercase.
i did try (r dot metzger..)'s suggestion posted above, but it does not work. :( i get a
"token unknown" error back from our server.
perhaps that technique works with firebird but not with interbase?
anyone else know a workaround? i am using php to process XML and it would be nice to not have to
strtolower all the tagnames (fields) over and over again.
