Apparently, bcpow() rounds it's 2nd argument (the power to raise the number to) to the nearest
integer. anything less than 1 seems to have been rounded off to 0.
Trying it with something bcpow(4, 2.2, 10) also returns the 4 to the power of 2 (=16).
The 2nd argument can only be an integer it seems, and not a float.
