Why is PHP so inconsistent?
I cannot figure this out:
By using OCIFetchStatement($stmt,$results), the $results parameter should be an ordinary array,
right?
Then I should be able to access its elements by using both each($results) and results[0].
This is not the case, using results[0] gives me nothing, that means:
count(each($results)) returns 4
while:
count($results[0]) returns 0
I find it difficult to use a scripting language with this kind of inconsistency. Why can't this
be implemented properly?
