how does one goes about one that also highlights part of a word .. that function above will only
highlight a word if it's not part of another word, take for instance:
$keyword = 'dolor';
$result = 'Lorum IpsumDolor Sit Amet dolor here Dolor there';
calling getHTMLHighlight(...) would not highlight the "Dolor" in "IpsumDolor" !!
