note 31267 added to function.mail

I had huge problems with some of my recievers getting my html-mail as plain text. Everything was solved when I removed \r from the line breaks so all I had left was \n. So, at the contrary of what the above text says, some mail transfer agents worked fine with \r\n but all worked with just \n.
