Just a piece of code for those who are using their web server with php to test if their application
(using http) properly reacts to timeouts.
May be usefull for some other reasons.
function wait($x)
{
$now = date("U");
$later = $now + $x;
while ($later != date("U"))
{
// do nothing
}
}
