note 31404 added to function.setcookie

I have spent that last hour trying to get cookies to work, to suddenly find out that it is because I am running my php script as a cgi app (i.e. #!/usr/bin/php). The reason I am running the script as a cgi app is due to a server I am running as root as this is for an administration kit... but thats not the point. I have tried my script on a normal copy of apache and it works fine... however, when I then reran it on the cgi app version I was faced with problem... Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/libexec/ttnetwk/index.cgi:2) in /usr/libexec/ttnetwk/index.cgi on line 110 If anyone has any ideas please e-mail me at totalnetwk@aol.com, or leave a message here!
