The problem comes from NETSNMP. The documentation of the function states that it sets the quick
print bit WITHIN the NETSNMP library. It does that correctly, but as you can observe by running any
of the NETSNMP command line utilities with the quick print option set (snmpwalk or snmpget), NETSNMP
has changed the way it handles quick printing.
I wish they would fix it...
