note 8280 deleted from Installation on Windows 95/98/NT systems by ronabop

Hi guys i am having a problem here. I have WINDOWS NT SERVER 4.0 I have the MySQL ver 3.23.19 for windows I have downloaded the latest version of PHP. Wheni started installing PHP following the installation procedure mentioned in his manual (www.php.net), i was getting everything done. Then as per the installation procedure it asked me to shut down the IIS server. and then restart the IIS serever.But now the IIS server is not starting. everytime i try to restart it, it is only giving the following error message "An application error has occurred and an application error log is being generated, inetinfo.exe. exeception , access violation" I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me solve this problem Thanks Sony
