note 31509 added to ref.mssql

Has anyone had any luck using SQL Server 2000 inline or table valued functions? I can select from tables just fine using FreeTDS. I just can't seem to get to the functions. I get an "Invalid Object name" error. For those not familiary, functions take parameters and behave just like tables (the table valued and inline one's that is).
