There are some bug when safe_mode is turned ON.
I have a test folder with 777 permissions.
in this folder run this script:
umask(0);
mkdir("tst", 0777);
opendir("./tst");
after script was executed, i have the tst folder with permissions 777 and this warning:
(Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 1476 is not allowed to access
./tst owned by uid 99 in /test/t.php on line 9)
It's known bug?
Have somebody any solution or comment?
System: Red Hat Linux, Apache/1.3.27 (99/99), PHP: 4.2.3 in SAFE MODE, Server API: Apache.
