note 31531 added to install.iis

Hi, I have installed php for my IIS5.1. I am trying to enable the extensions php_ .dll by following the instructions. However, when i test it, it gives the error warning: unable to load dynamic "c:\php\extensions\php_mcrypt.dll"- The specified module could not be found (although i did copy all files in \dlls in to system32 directory) . I did choose to install in CGI module by executing php.exe . Could you tell me how to fix this bug?
