Strips out HTML tags...
This probably isn't the most elegant way of doing it (I'm new to PREGs) but it works!
$content = preg_replace("/<[a-z]+>/i",'', $content); // Remove opening
tags
$content = preg_replace("/<\/[a-z]+>/i",'', $content); // Remove closing
tags
