We build combined RPM's of Apache, mod_perl, php (CGI and mod_php) plus other packages. Both
mod_php and CGI version require PEAR. 4.3.0 presented some new issues with installing PEAR.
To install both mod_php and CGI version (both with PEAR) do the following:
./configure --with-apache=../apache --disable-cgi
make
make install
./configure --disable-cli
make
make install
This way, we allow mod_php to have a different config location to CGI version of php, whilst
allowing both to use PEAR etc....
