I'm unable to estabilish a connection to a SQL Server with Windows Only authentication mode. I
set mssql.secure_connection=On in my php.ini file, but this results in the extension DLL trying to
connect as 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON', which is obviously rejected by the server.
Was anyone able to successfully connect to a SQL Server with Windows Only authentication mode?
