"MAX_FILE_SIZE" work fine for the php code but on a apache server the priority is to the
apache max file size.
Then if your php "MAX_FILE_SIZE" is bigger than the apache allowed file size to send in
http, apache will cut the transfer and your file won't be stored in your destination directory.
i m nearly sure of that, but if someone can accept or deny it
