session_start issue.
If you choose the document encoding of your php file to "utf-8", you will get the warning:
Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers...
even if you start the page with:
<? session_start();?>
The test machine is a Mac with OS X 10.2 with Apache and php4_module.
