note 8422 deleted from mkdir by jmcastagnetto

Everytime I create a directory using mkdir("dir/place/" , 0755) , well any permissions for
that matter, it creates the directory under "nobody" ( the HTTPD user ) and I cant access
that directory for my own home use. and even chown(dir) wont work. Any suggestions?
