What about hosted domains where you INI file has a single include path that corresponds to the root
domain, and there are no paths for each seperate hosted domain on a system hosting multiple domains
with the VirtualHost container?
There should be a single function the takes into account cwd. Possible changes to file_exists would
be:
file_exists($pathtofile [, usecwd=false])
or something to that effect, for the next version.
