For anyone working with SSL connections... here is some information if you plan on using include()
on your secure pages.
On a secure page, if you have a line like the following:
include('header.php');
at the start of your document, nothing will show up because PHP is fetching the document using HTTP
(or something to that effect).
The solution is to give a local path to the document as such:
include('./header.php');
Just a tip to save headaches for anyone working with SSL.
