Both $PHP_SELF and $SCRIPT_NAME include the path (relative to the document root) plus the file name.
There is no variable that is set to the current script's file name only (without a path).
"Current script" in all of this discussion refers to the "main" or top script,
even if the variable is referenced in an included script. There is no way to reference the name of
the current included script being executed.
