You can specify the variable in { }'s like {$_SESSION['username']} which would then

While using echo in the form of echo <<<END END; I came about what I believe to be some
curious behavior...

echo <<<END
$_SESSION['username'] // Returns empty
$_SESSION[username] // Returns whatever's in there
