Note Submitter: guillaume.lapierre@iname.com
mw-php at ender dot com said this is not a problem that php fetch functions return elements as
strings.
That's not totaly true.
I use setlocale() to use french dates and numbers.
If I have a float in a table then the fetch functions will return an english float (ie
"1.23" instead of "1,23") that I have to convert with
str_replace(".",",",$float_from_db).
If I can find a good workaround I will post it here.
