all this notes about finding the contents of a field in a form are useless cuz the actual thing is
that a field is set to the string "none" if there's is no imput so do u like this
$f2 = "$userfile";
if("$f2" != "none"){
$Picture1 = "T";
}else {
$Rate1 = "F";
$Picture1 = "F";
}
and this works unlike all those above!
