Note that it is stupid though as is_int does exactly what it's supposed to do. It detects a
string and not a number.
In case of is_int() it's pointless to increment with 0 as that will always return a true value
even if the string value didn't hold any numbers.
There are some other situations where you might want to do this but not often.
