Please note that sleep() is not correct exactly.
I ran some test, and found out that most of the time, the actual delay for 5 seconds is 4.9999999 or
somewhat, and I actually got a 5.5 delay, (*but it may of been caused by server load*).
Just to anyone who needs to be exact :)
