Google will usually not index pages referenced via an URL ending with a PHP session id. If Google
refuses to index pages below your top-level page, this may be why. One way to handle this is to
check $_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'] for signs of googlebot ("Googlebot/") or any
other spider you want to please, and then avoid calling session_start(). Changing the
"session.use_only_cookies" configuration variable using init_set() at this time only
affects parsing of incoming URLs, not the machinery for rewriting URLs on outgoing pages.
