In order for session_decode (PHP4.3) to work, you have to call session_start first. In PHP4.1.1,
this was not required. I believe this is because session_decode requires the "$_SESSION"
superglobal to exist.
If anybody knows a way the session_decode function can work without a call to session_start,
I'd love to hear it!
