note 32365 added to function.move-uploaded-file

Just a simple tip to those who spent days on end trying to figure out why you are unable to upload your file and are getting the following error: Unable to open [path] for reading: No such file or directory in home/www... It seems that I embedded a form inside another form; although the upload form had the enctype set and all was in working order in my PHP code, it did not work until i removed the outer form and voila! I simply moved the outer form's </form> to close before the opening tag of my upload form... did i lose u?
