strtotime() does not parse times from postgresql's timestamp type correctly.
I am using php 4.1.2 with postgresql 7.2.1
The problem is that postgres uses a floating point number to represent the seconds, which
strtotime() cannot deal with.
A patch to getdate.y will resolve the problem, but I am not sure whom to contact to get this fixed.
